Nice blog. I'm a fish-vegetarian myself but somehow it has not kept me healthy. Do you have any opinion about carbs and low carb diet?

Hi Helena, the Eat For Health plan by Joel Furhman is low carb, as in you eliminate processed foods and keep whole grains and starchy veg to 1-3 servings a day.

We need carbohydrates from whole foods, these give us the fuel we need for energy.

Check out Fuhrman's books, Eat for Health and Disease Proof Your Child!
