Over the next week I will be putting together a menu plan with soul! I am excited to be using Bryant Terry's Vegan Soul Kitchen, a masterful collection of traditional southern food that is "ingredient-driven, local, seasonal, soulful food". This is a must have cookbook for anyone who loves southern food, you don't have to be vegan to enjoy these recipes!
